1. Login to your account at www.aresbuilder.com
2. On your AresBuilder homepage (aka - dashboard), click the “Support” link on the top left corner of the page.
3. This will lead you to our “Support Center”. Click “Submit a Request” of the menu on the right hand side under “Contact Us”.
4. Complete the following information:
- Email Address
- Requester – Your name
- Phone Number
- Type of Browser
5. For the “What can we help you with?” – Choose “Other Issue”. Under “Description of your issue” field, explain that you would like to cancel your membership and why.
6. Click “Submit”.
Our support staff will then review your request and contact you to confirm the cancellation of your membership.
